Those with a twisted sense of humor will appreciate the five specialty dishes that make up la carte brunch: eggs benedict with rabbit confit, rabbit stew, a rabbit frittata with chevre, rabbit pate with huckleberry mostarda, and deviled eggs with crispy rabbit. Ivar’s Acres of Clams

This waterfront restaurant will be offering a buffet featuring Alaskan salmon, mussels, crab, crepes, and a selection of breakfast classics. The price for adults will be $35; kids, $15.

Though it’ll certainly be available, the Easter offerings go far beyond juice. The healthy-not-hippie cafe's a la carte menu includes a pea vine and quinoa omelet, chicken and brown rice congee, cardamom coffee cake, and other wholesome choices alongside Stumptown coffee and Remedy teas.

Brunch chef Elise Tuley is doing a special menu here in South Lake Union, with options including an apple walnut salad, oatmeal risotto, and duck frittata. Call 206-467-5300 for reservations.

This Cle Elum resort will be serving a plated Easter brunch including cheese blintzes with mixed berry compote, traditional eggs benedict, and grain porridge with fruit and coconut. Reservations are required for the $44 brunch—but not for the $24 family-friendly breakfast from 10–12, which will include an appearance by the Easter bunny.

Hines’s original organic New American restaurant will offer a three-course menu for $30, or $40 with a mimosa and coffee.
