Cochon 555 Returns to Seattle in March
The ultimate pig-out happens on St. Patrick's Day. This could get rowdy.

Cocchon 555 skipped out on Seattle last year, but the people behind the porky showcase have relented. The cross-country culinary competition will return on March 17. Naturally the event is being billed as a "St. Patrick’s Day showdown," which sounds like a bit of an understatement.
This year six chefs will have at the heritage hogs. They include Jason Franey of Canlis; Lark's Johnathan Sundstrom; Joshua Henderson of Skillet; Revel and Joule duo Rachel Yang and Seif Chirchi; and Shane Ryan of Matt's in the Market. Jason Barwikowski of Woodsman Tavern will trek up I-5 from Portland.
General admission is $125; VIP tickets will cost you $200. Cochon 555 Seattle takes place at Cedarbrook Lodge at 4pm.
