Have your LBD ready but still trying to piece together a full New Year's Eve look? We asked local makeup artist Tiffany Lowry (a.k.a. Tiffany Colors) to share her easy tutorial for glam, shimmery eyes that takes under five minutes and just two products—bonus for being smudge-proof to last into the wee NYE hours.

Items needed:
Revlon Photoready Eye Art pen in Prism Peach ($9 at drug stores) and MAC Cosmetics Pro Longwear Eyeliner in Engraved ($20, MAC stores).

Step One
Use the shadow end part of the Revlon pen to swipe product completely across the lid.

Step Two
Blend the shadow along lid (stopping before the brow bone) with your finger.

Steps Three and Four
Line the top and bottom lash lines from corner to corner with black pencil.

Step Five
Using the opposite end of the pen, and tap glitter onto the lid, working in layers until you have the desired level of sparkle. Quick, easy, and now you're ready to shimmer your way into 2015.
