It’s rebranded, remodeled, and reopened inside Hotel Monaco as of March 23.

Hokkaido Ramen Santouka
After three years plying crowds with its tonkotsu-style broth in Bellevue, Japanese ramen chain Hokkaido Ramen Santouka is expanding to Seattle, specifically in University Village come this summer.

Musashi’s
The space formerly occupied by Fu Lin will be taken up by a third Musashi’s location, where beloved bowls of chirashizushi will be served as early as April.

Neko Cat Cafe
Eater Seattle reports the city’s second feline-friendly cafe has locked down a location on Capitol Hill. Stay tuned for news of its opening this summer opening.

The culinary pilgrimage of global cuisines along MLK Way in Rainier Valley has returned; this year it runs March 24 through April 9.
