Wine and Dine at Eden Hill
The Queen Anne restaurant’s summer dinner series continues, this time joining forces with Martedi Wines of Woodinville. Despite martedi meaning Tuesday in Italian, it’s Wednesday evening that chef Maximillian Petty will be creating a five-course meal to accompany riesling, pinot grigio, and more from the local winery. Be at chef Petty’s capable whim with dishes like sea urchin arancini with marscarpone, charred octopus with marigold mayo, butter-poached lamb rack with chanterelle panna cotta, and more. Dinner is $135, with seatings at 5 and 7:30. Call Eden Hill for reservations.

Jackson Family Wine Dinner at Naka
This wine dinner entails seven courses of Japanese cuisine from chef Shota Nakajima paired with wines from a myriad of zones. Dine on cedar-smoked black cod, Wagyu beef with shaved truffles, Manila clam rice with white miso and pickles, plus several other courses paired with pinto gris, sauvignon blanc, chablis wines, and more. Dropping grape-based knowledge bombs at the dinner will be master sommelier—of which there are less than 250 worldwide—Thomas Price. Dinner is $130, call Naka for a reservation.

The first feast is this Monday, and it’s team Ballard all the way: Bramling Cross welcomes neighborhood fellow Stoup Brewing for a three-course dinner. Look forward to steak tartare, grilled pork loin with fried green tomatoes, and a Stoup porter ice cream sandwich for dessert. Stoup head brewer Brad Benson will also have plenty of limited-release brews in tow. Dinner is $50, call Bramling Cross for reservations.
