More expansion news from the machine that is Top Pot: The booming doughnut business is planting one in South Lake Union, its first foray in the neighborhood. The cafe, located at 590 Terry Avenue North, is projected to open some time within the next several months.

It’s a busy summer for the local baker. Currently in the works are spots in Ballard and Downtown Seattle —both neighborhoods also new territory. And let’s not forget another, rather slick one recently opened in Bellevue Square.
