Time for the kids to make dinner, wouldn’t you say?
With Tom Douglas (Dahlia Lounge, et al) at the helm of the new Made from Scratch kids’ cooking class series, your tykes and teens will be whipping up gourmet burgers, hearty mac ‘n’ cheese, and whole-grain pizza by summer’s end.
Douglas and his daughter Loretta teamed up with Premera Blue Cross to create these hands-on classes that will teach kids the basics of nutrition and healthy food preparation. Classes are June 20, July 11, July 25, and August 8, at $30 per kid.
