Back in December, knowing I’d soon be sequestered at home in West Seattle thanks to the January shutdown of Highway 99, I jumped at the chance to take a photoshoot trip to Burlington, home of Cairnspring Mills. But first I made a detour to Breadfarm bakery in nearby Edison. After all, a few years back Seattle Met listed Breadfarm’s graham crackers as road trip worthy. (They are!)
