Bellevue Arts Museum celebrated the opening of their exhibition A World of Paper, A World of Fashion: Isabelle de Borchgrave Meets Mariano Fortuny with over 500 guests. The opening marked the North American premiere of the internationally renowned collection of paper dresses, accessories, and interiors by Belgian artist Isabelle de Borchgrave.
