Streetwear, menswear, kidswear, you name it.

Ciara and Russell Wilson’s House of LR&C clothing company—aka their biggest power couple move since the Grammy-winning singer wore a Seahawks dress and Wilson’s Super Bowl ring to the Met Gala—opens its first brick-and-mortar at University Village February 2.

The happy power couple.

"Russell and Ciara both have a deep interest in fashion," says CEO and cofounder Christine Day, and the shop features their pet projects, including Russell Wilson's Good Man Brand, launched with former Nordstrom employees in March 2015 (the same month he met his future wife!), and Ciara's LITA by Ciara contemporary women's line.

"Both are very involved in the vision and strategy of the company," Day says. Especially chief creative officer Ciara, who directs photo shoots and reviews pieces for each of the company's four lines. And the two are frequently spotted in their own fashions, "which drives a lot of customers to our website," per Day.

Despite their influence, the store name's not a confusing acronym of the couple's initials: LR and C stands for Love, Respect, and Care—a motto that repeats at least ten times on the walls of the shop at 2616 NE Village Lane.

But it's more than just an aesthetic decision. Three percent of the store's revenue will be donated to the couple's Seattle youth nonprofit, the Why Not You Foundation; the company follows United Nations corporate sustainability principles; upcycled vintage furniture dots the space.

Which, for now, is just a temporary popup whose performance will inform the brand's future retail approach (and at least three permanent brick-and-mortars). In case offseason Seahawks loyalists need something to rally behind.
