Downtown women's boutique Sway and Cake is closing at the end of the month after over a decade on the Seattle scene. Fortunately, it's not an economic downturn or any serious trouble that's shutting the doors. Owner Tamara Kilburn decided to close in order to have more time with her newborn baby boy and to focus on her jewelry line T. Kilburn.

The good news for your last-minute shopping list: everything in the store is on sale. All clothing is 50 percent off, with savings of 40 percent on all jewelry and accessories.

Stop by to say farewell, and stay tuned: Kilburn hinted at possible popups in store for the spring. The last day for shopping is December 30.
