Cameron Pasbrig of FAB Fitness brings the gym to you.

Wondering where to shape up in Seattle? Our wedding workouts series sends assistant style editor Amanda Zurita to check out some of the city's hottest (and hardest) fitness classes.

I hate the gym.

There, I said it. The gym is overwhelming and uncomfortable and everything about it—from the confusing machines to the superbuff bros—seriously intimidates me. I can't be the only one in this camp, so I'm particularly excited to introduce Cameron Pasbrig of FAB Fitness.

FAB Fitness brings the gym into your home with personalized workouts in an enjoyable environment. Pasbrig provides all the equipment and needs only one yoga mat–sized space to set up in.

While FAB stands for Fabulous After Baby, Pasbrig is rebranding to include all women regardless of their fitness goals. Her workouts are highly individualized based on ability and interests: If you like tennis, Pasbrig will hit the court with you. Get bored easily? She'll come up with great exercise options to keep it interesting. Best of all, she's the type of trainer that I feel would motivate me to give her "one more squat" without making me want to punch her in her very fit face.

And she truly wants to help women love their bodies. We're behind her when she says, "You don't have to look like a supermodel, you just have to feel like one."

FAB offers several package options including semiprivate sessions that give you and a friend (your maid of honor, perhaps?) the same in-home experience with the benefit of a workout partner and discounted rates. For the self-motivated who just need a little direction, FAB also has an online plan that includes an initial consultation with Pasbrig and a personalized six-week exercise and nutrition program with weekly online updates.
