Since 1963, Pioneer Human Services has provided individuals with criminal histories the opportunity to lead healthy, productive lives. Operating in over 50 locations across Washington State, Pioneer assists people reentering society from prison or jail as well as those who are overcoming substance use disorders and mental health issues. The organization offers an integrated array of treatment, housing, training and employment services.

Every person served by Pioneer has the opportunity to transcend their past and be embraced as a valuable member of society. Using a unique business model, Pioneer functions as a nonprofit social enterprise operating a diverse line of businesses that provide on-the-job training and work experience for the people they serve while generating revenue to help fund the social mission.

When companies do business with Pioneer, they not only get the best products and services, but also help people gain the experience they need to reclaim their lives and become productive members of society. At Pioneer, they believe everyone deserves an opportunity to achieve their potential. By providing people a chance for change - they can, in turn, contribute to stronger, healthier communities.

Pioneer Human Services is a nonprofit (501c3) social enterprise. 100% of revenues are reinvested within the organization. Learn how you can get involved.
