Sweet Iron Waffle Bar
Downtown's destination for Belgium's Liege-style waffles has a new outpost on Capitol Hill, at 10th and Union. Here sweet and savory waffles are are on offer morning, noon, and night, not to mention at brunch, which involves a mimosa bar and special waffles baked in custard. The Goat
The former home of Stumbling Goat has a new identity, at least until the building is demolished for an upcoming development (likely a year or two). PhinneyWood blog says owner Angie Heyer has remade the restaurant into The Goat, which serves "Southern-style comfort food and craft cocktails, and has a large-screen TV and game room with seven pinball machines."

Cafe Lago's grocer sibling is up and running in Portage Bay (the space that was most recently Canal Market). 

Raccolto
Vendemmia chef Brian Clevenger has built another house of seafood, seasonal vegetables, and pasta—this time in West Seattle.

Li'l Woody's 
The creative and grass-fed burger group opens its third location Monday, November 14th in South Lake Union. It and other local minichains Jujubeet and Evergreens will comprise a new food court called The Trip, reports Eater Seattle.
