Brewed…sometime today. Served in an irresponsible Styrofoam cup with two thimbles of nondairy creamer and a five-second sugar pour. Garnishes include one sleeve of mini chocolate doughnuts and a crumpled receipt that will remain in your car’s unused cup holder for six months. First sip napalms the tongue. But from there, the road is clear. Sometimes all you need is a cup of coffee that doesn’t try too hard.
