Cadence Winery at Metropolitan Grill
Metropolitan Grill welcomes Ben Smith of Cadence Winery for its third winemaker’s dinner event of the 2013 series. The Met has put together a seasonal steakhouse menu to pair with the wines. Dinner starts at 6 and costs $125.

Corson Building's Spring Goat Feast
The Corson Building hosts a Spring Goat Feast to benefit the Quillisascut Education Fund, an organization that funds food and sustainability training for culinary professionals and students. The family-style prix fixe dinner starts at 6 and costs $200. To reserve a seat, call 206-762-3330.

Tavolàta Sunday Feast: Veggies and Mushrooms

MONDAY, June 3

Garden Tours at Bastille
On each Monday through until October 14, the Ballard bistro is bringing back its popular rooftop garden tours with Colin McCrate and Brad Halm from Seattle Urban Farm Company. Tours start at 5:30 and last about 45 minutes, max 10 people. The cost is $10; reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling 206-453-5014.


Sips of Summer Series
Pan Pacific Hotel and Sip Northwest magazine bring you free weekly wine tasting at the hotel’s lobby bar. From 6 to 8 taste Washington wines and meet local winemakers, like Gilbert Cellars, Salida, and Airfield Estates; and enjoy extended happy hour prices and live music from 4 to 8.

Renovation Celebration at Redhook Brewery
To celebrate a three-month floor-to-ceiling remodel, Redhook Brewery is hosting a party with all proceeds benefitting the Woodinville Firefighters Benevolent Fund. The cost is $30 in advance or $40 at the door and includes a tour of the brewery, two drink tickets, and an open buffet featuring the redesigned menu items like fried cheese curds and pulled pork shoulder. Festivities begin at 7 with live music by Danny Godinez.
