Mark your calendar and gird your liver.

BEER

Library Bistro: Triplehorn Brewing Company Dinner (April 24)
Beers from this Scandinavian-toned brewery out of Woodinville are still relatively rare in Seattle. But the Library Bistro's new chef, Chris Lobkovich is doing a pairing dinner that starts at 7 and runs you $50. Reserve with [email protected].

Boka: Golf and Beer (April 25)
Hit up Hotel 1000's indoor virtual driving range and get a flight of three beers from Georgetown Brewing Company, plus some snacks from Boka. Tickets are $25; get them here.

Little Water Cantina: Snouts and Stouts (April 28)
It's the last Sunday of the month, which means Little Water invites over a brewer and roasts a whole hog. This time around Bellingham's Chuckanut Brewery is in town with its helles, dunkel, and Vienna lager. A platter of pork tacos and a beer can be yours for $17 and live music is 4 to 7.

WINE

Daniel's Broiler Bellevue: Dynamic Duo Winemaker Dinner (April 24)
Winemakers Chris Gorman and Tim Stevens (of Gorman Winery and Stevens Winery) will preside over a five-course wine dinner showcasing the Yakima Valley and Red Mountain regions. Things kick off at 6pm and the evening is $125 (not including tax or gratuit). Call 425-990-6310 to make a reservation.

Joule: Tre Nova Wines Dinner (April 28)
This is the first in a Sunday dinner series that highlights the wares of small Oregon and Washington winemakers alongside Rachel Yang's modern Korean cuisine, served family-style. First up: Italian varietals from Tre Nova of Horse Heaven Hills and winemaker Gino Cuneo. Dinner starts at 5. Email [email protected] to snag a spot.

SPIRITS

Barrio: Del Maguey Meet and Greet (April 23)
The mezcal's brand ambassador is stopping by to hang out and the bar will be pouring a special list of cocktails made with Del Maguey's smoky wares. Like the El Nacional: mezcal, Campari, Amaro Ramazzotti, vermouth, Laphroaig, and Scrappy's chocolate bitters. Wow. Spirits director Casey Robison is quite the fan of mezcal.
