Russ Flint just got his hands on a liquor license for this Pioneer Square newcomer, and so "butcher's happy hour" is in full swing weekdays from 3 to 6. There are bites and plates both hot and cold; the menu is predictably meaty: steak tartare, corned beef hash, housemade sausage, charcuterie by the ounce (kale salad, cheeses, and olives also make an appearance). Drinks include Scrimshaw pilsner on tap, celery soda shandy, and glasses of wine.
