WHAT: Local chef-turned-yoga-teacher Julie Andres brings her new line of soulful imports to Capitol Hill's alternative apothecary (that's equal parts gifty boutique) for a special five-day popup. Andres's collection of colorful creations is called Alma—which means "soul" in Spanish—and its storefront is coming soon.

Until then, seize the opportunity to shop the artisan jewelry and accessories that Andres gathers from around the world, from leather fringe bags to handmade jewelry from Mexico.
