The third annual Celebrity Steak-Out, held on August 21, began at Mario’s chic downtown boutique where guests enjoyed cocktails and delectable bites while competing for an array of silent auction items. Partygoers then moved to legendary Morton’s The Steakhouse where an award-winning three-course dinner was enthusiastically served by local celebrities. This year, more than $225,000 was raised for Catch a Cure for Cancer, created by the Moyer Foundation, to support the Gregory Fund, which is dedicated to the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center’s efforts to improve early cancer detection.
