Slide Show: Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Light The Night Walk
Thousands of illuminated balloons lit up Green Lake Park at the Light The Night Walk on September 29. The evening celebrated the strides the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society is making toward blood cancer cures. Chaired by Brad Brotherton, the walk raised over $500,000 in support of critical cancer research and patient aid. Radio Disney rocked the family set, Morton’s the Steakhouse catered the Wells Fargo VIP tent, and 3,000 participants, including top team Seattle Genetics, took steps toward ending leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease, and myeloma.
