Oh. My. Grout. The new Ann Sacks showroom looks darn good.

Located just a few doors down from West Elm in South Lake Union's Westlake-Denny quadrangle, the tile company's new 2,900-square-foot space opened on Monday. With floor-to-ceiling windows, lots of natural light, and gorgeous displays, it's a fresh departure from the old downtown location.

Why the move? "This is the premier intersection now," says regional manager Kaycee McNeff. "This neighborhood speaks to who we are as a company. The vibe just felt good."
