Something Seattle certainly doesn't have a shortage of: cool girls doing really cool things. Online boutique Craft and Culture explores the range of local women with a passion for beauty, craftsmanship, and the unique in its new series Rad Gals

For these profiles, Craft and Culture joined up with photographer Elizabeth Rudge and makeup artist Kaija Mistral Towner to go inside the homes of five creative women. The team documented each lady's style and personality, and shot them in the latest Craft and Culture apparel, accessories, and jewelry.

Rad Gal number one is choreographer turned curator Theresa Crim, owner of Land Management, a multiuse gallery on Capitol Hill. Read Crim's full story and check out the look book on the Craft and Culture blog, and stay tuned as the e-retailer brings us more local women to love.
