Capitol Hill's annual festival brings out some of the country's best bands and the city's best dressed.
Last weekend's Capitol Hill Block Party featured mashups from Girl Talk, psychedelic sounds from the Flaming Lips, and the sartorial stylings of Seattle festival goers.
