The Istanbul-inspired Narciso Rodriguez for Kohl's Design Nation capsule collection hits stores November 7 at 7am. The line features wearable separates in bold prints, geometric color blocking, and dreamy jewel tones with pieces priced from $30 to $150. 

It's the retailer's first foray into designer collaborations, so we're not exactly sure what kind of crowd to expect. (It'll be good prep for the Derek Lam collection, coming next spring.) With all the celebrity hype the pieces are getting—Michelle Williams and Jessica Alba were spotted in the trendy printed pajama pants—we're at least predicting an early morning line-up. 

The Design Nation concept will feature collections by different designers drawing their inspiration from various international cities. While we sort of see Istanbul in Rodriguez's designs, there's a little too much structure and too little color for it to be a literal translation of the city. Lam's Rio-inspired looks are a bit more obvious.
