Snoqualmie Casino’s signature steakhouse, Vista Prime Steaks & Seafood, has recently launched the first Wagyu steak flight of its kind in the country, offering guests 16 ounces of the highest quality beef in the world served in three cuts.
For the steak aficionado, Wagyu beef is a dream come true. Known for its marbling, Wagyu beef is popular around the world because of its flavorsome eating experience. The meat is so tender, it literally melts in your mouth.
In late 2019, the premier steakhouse delighted guests with the launch of its now best-selling “Washington Ribeye Flight,” featuring three variations of ribeye. The flight provides guests the opportunity to taste the difference between cuts of grass-fed, American Wagyu, and 45-day dry-aged ribeye.
The popularity of the flight prompted Snoqualmie Casino Executive Chef Justin Lee to take his steak program to the next level by offering a flight dedicated to the finest premium beef in the world. The “Wagyu Reserve Flight” includes a five-ounce American Wagyu ribeye from Imperial Ranch in Washington, a seven-ounce Australian Wagyu New York, and a four-ounce Hokkaido Japan A5+ Wagyu filet.
“We spared no expense to make sure our guests are receiving the finest quality steak available,” says Lee. “Giving steak lovers the opportunity to enjoy three popular cuts from the world’s three main suppliers of Wagyu on one plate is something that just hasn’t been done.”
