This sandwich does not mess around. Slow-roasted, salt-and-pepper rubbed brisket on a brioche bun, alongside Jack's mild or spicy sauce. Located in The 'Pen.

Frito Pie at Jack's BBQ

Believe your eyes: A bag of corn chips topped with smoked brikset chili, cream cheese, and sour cream. Located in The 'Pen.

Cheddar-Jalapeño Beef Smoked Sausage

A spicy (but not too spicy) link on a Pioneer Bakery bun. Located in The 'Pen

Cheddar-Jalapeño Beef Hush Dog at Jack's BBQ

Take the smoked beef sausage and dip in buttermilk hush puppy batter. Located in The 'Pen.

Spicy Chicken Sandwich at Dynamite Chicken

A crispy chicken breast smothered in a spicy sauce straight from Ethan Stowell's recipe book. Located in The 'Pen.

Longbone Beef Ribs at Holy Smoke BBQ

A big ol' piece of smoked meat served on a bed of fresh coleslaw. Located in Sections 119 and 313.

Lobster Roll at Sound Seafood

A pile of lobster claw meat tossed in garlic celery aoili on a Hawaiian sweet roll. Located in Club Level, Section 249.

Spicy Wonton, Pork Bun, and Veggie Bun at Din Tai Fung

The one and only Din Tai Fung steams their signature dough with a pork and bok choi wonton, a bok choi, tofu and mushroom bao bun, and a traditional pork bao bun. Located at Intentional Wok, Section 132

Cubano Sandwich at Sultan of Sandwich

One thing about the coming of baseball season in Seattle is even if the Mariners don't make any big off-season splashes, the Safeco Field menu will at least have something new and exciting to feast upon. Last year the big new thing was chapulines. This year, dumpling dynasty Din Tai Fung headlines the cornucopia of Mariners food offerings. But they aren't the only big local name getting in on the game. Jack's BBQ boasts perhaps the most ambitious lineup of guilty pleasures (Frito pie? Cheddar-jalapeño corn dog?!) Get the appetite going in time for opening day with this unctuous slideshow.
