Erica went to Pier 48 for a Washington State Department of Transportation press conference this afternoon about stalled tunnel construction.

Bertha, the world's largest boring machine,  has been stopped dead in its tracks by a mysterious underground object.

Erica has yet to return from the press conference, but she relayed in this report.
