Ruderman at $362,000
THIS POST HAS BEEN UPDATED WITH FUNDRAISING TOTALS FROM SUZAN DELBENE'S CAMPAIGN.
Laura Ruderman, a Democratic candidate for the First District Congressional seat being vacated by Democrat Jay Inslee, who's running for governor, said today that she had raised $103,255 in the past quarter, bringing her total contributions to $362,114, with $220,025 on hand. Earlier this week, one of Ruderman's five rivals, Suzan DelBene, reported raising more than $340,000 in the past quarter.
Factoring in a $98,000 transfer from her previous campaign against Eighth District Congressman Dave Reichert, DelBene now has $318,000 on hand.
According to Ruderman's campaign, more than 90% of the funds Ruderman received this quarter came from within Washington State, with 41% coming from donors giving $100 or less.
As we've reported, Ruderman has been a formidable fund-raiser so far, leading in the six-way money race.
