True to their word, the anti-bike Recall Mayor Mike McGinn group has been papering utility poles on Capitol Hill (um, good targeting, guys) with anti-McGinn signs---like this one, spotted on Summit Ave. over the weekend:

The anti-McGinn group seems to have reached a membership plateau, with just over 700 members since it formed a little more than a week ago. Current comments focus on the fact that the city plans to spend $10 million on a pedestrian bridge over railroad tracks connecting Queen Anne to Myrtle Edwards Park (an outrage, apparently) and the age-old lament that cyclists are the ones responsible for getting themselves hit by cars.

Fortunately for the campaign, perhaps, none of those sentiments are succinct enough to fit on an 11-by-18 sheet of paper.
