We're not sure who the winner or loser is here, but how's this for an Afternoon Jolt:

During a 1098 debate in front of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce today, anchor-turned-King County Executive candidate-turned-No on 1098 spokeswoman Susan Hutchison, had this to say about the bracket that would be affected by the high-earners' income tax:

"And so suddenly we want to strap them with the label "rich"? I don't know a soul who makes $200,000 who considers themselves rich."
