$14.5 million
for training facilities at Fort Lewis, which employs 42,000 military and civilian personnel
$16 million
to replace half a Tacoma pier used in Army Reserve boat missions
$20 million
for a new water distribution system at Whidbey Island’s naval air station
$33.9 million
for local military consumption meters, tracking electricity, water, and steam, among other utilities
