Fresh Flours Bakery and Cafe
Last Friday was the soft opening of West Seattle's newest bakery, Fresh Flours Bakery and Cafe, in South Delridge reports West Seattle Blog. Croissants and macarons are included in the pastry lineup and coffee will be supplied by Stumptown Coffee Roasters. The space will also be the production bakery for the other three locations in Ballard, Phinney Ridge, and Beacon Hill. 

Seattle Mamak  
Malaysian food gets a mobile outlet with Ballard mini-pod's newest addition, Seattle Mamak, Eater Seattle reports. Catch the truck week days from 11am-8pm serving up roti with potato curry and dipping sauces and nasi lemak (coconut rice with chicken curry). 

Ballard Pizza Co. 
Ethan Stowell now joins South Lake Union's growing restaurant repertoire with a new location of Ballard Pizza Co at 500 Ninth Ave N. Like the slogan denotes, "whole pies and fat slices" are already coming out of the oven. Pop out for lunch or dinner Monday through Saturday 11am-8pm. There's even a deck.

Togo's West Coast Original Sandwiches
The sandwich chain is coming to Washington with a location in Kent; its huge list of sandwiches range from the popular #9 pastrami to the meatball and the Cuban. 

Stovetop Brewing Co. 
Sixteen taps dispense a rotating selection of stouts, saisons, and IPAs aplenty at Pike Place Market's newest brewery and taproom. Opening day is this Saturday, April 16, when $2 of every beer is donated to the Pike Up! campaign. 

La Marzocco Showroom at KEXP
This Saturday is the launch party of the new KEXP building with a day filled with live music, but the new building also welcomes the La Marzocco Showroom with a display of vintage espresso machines and coffee gear. Roasters from around the country will be featured at the café starting with Stumptown Coffee Roasters and pastries from the London Plane Bakery will be offered to accompany macchiatos and americanos.

Bar Harbor
Hopefully by June, the soon-to-be South Lake Union staple, Bar Harbor, will open with an East Coast meets West Coast menu of seafood specialties including East Coast varieties of oysters, plus lobster rolls and chowders. The main space will be reminiscent of a lobster shack with full on cocktail menu and the covered back deck will have a beer and wine window open during the evenings. Another perk, the back deck will have its own walkup beer and oyster window. 

Sweet Iron Capitol Hill
The Belgian-style waffle shop has a new location in the works at 10th and E Union, says Capitol Hill Seattle blog. Look for Liege waffles sweet and savory, debuting this summer.
