Gracia
Chester Gerl's whipping up antojitos made with house-ground masa on Ballard Ave as of this week. The white-walled Mexican eatery also has plenty of tacos, entree plates with rice and beans, and Mexican caldos.
MeeKong Bar
The Vietnamese-fusion restaurant opened earlier this month in Belltown serving pho and banh mi burgers in the old Twisted Pasty's location, Eater Seattle reports.
Nuna Ramen
Japanese-influenced Nuna Ramen joined Fremont on February 4, with ramen, rice bowls, and also a banh mi burger, reports Eater Seattle.
Citizen Six
Queen Anne's Citizen Cafe has a new sibling restaurant, Citizen Six. The opening date is March 1 for lunch, happy hour, dinner, and soon weekend brunch. The restaurant took over the tasting room at Number 6 Cider off Elliott Ave W in Interbay and shares the building with Six Spirits Distillery, whose booze will be poured for cocktails. Expect the popular "Korexican" tacos from Citizen Cafe on the menu along with a classic burger and fries.
Expansions
Un Bien Ballard
Paseo's former location in Ballard will soon become the second location of Un Bien, the sandwich shop started by the sons of the original Paseo founder. Yes, it's a little complicated, but here's the takeaway: Caribbean Roasts could be happening by springtime.
Little Big Burger
The burgers may be big but the chainlet is no longer little; it's planning a major expansion to Seattle. The company has been looking for a location on Capitol Hill, along with University District and South Lake Union locations.
Closed
Healeo
No more wheatgrass shots at the 15th and Madison juicery reports Capitol Hill Seattle. Half-owned by local Charlie's produce, the business now lives on as strictly wholesale distribution.
