Reuben's Brews Fall Beer Dinner at Bell and Whete
Esteemed Ballard brewery Reuben's Brews will host a fall beer Dinner at Belltown’s Bell + Whete restaurant.  The night’s 4-course menu includes flavorful plates like elk crepinette, pine broth, celery root mousse and more (I’m sensing an ode to natures abundance) paired with copious beer options like Imperial Red Ale, Marzen etc. A vegetarian menu is available upon request and tickets are $55.

How to Cook a Wolf Domaine Pouillon Wine Dinner
Ethan Stowell’s restaurant How to Cook a Wolf enlists winery Domaine Pouillan for an instructive dinner. Winemaker Alexis Pouillan will impart his French-style wine knowledge over a 5-course menu at 6pm.  Become an expert of french wine like edelzwicker pinot gris, riesling, and savoir faire grenache to accompany delicious plates of albacore crudo, butter poached porcini risotto, and lamb saddle roast and more. Tickets are $150.

Thu, October 29
Irish Pantry Pop Up
Pike Place Market’s Atrium Kitchen will host another Irish Pantry popup from chef Paul Staley; he's preparing Irish comfort dishes with a PNW twist. The menu merges two unique food styles with dishes including pheasant and mushroom toastie, locally farmed and smoked rainbow trout, and a dish with a perfect balance of both the Emerald city and the Emerald Isle: sponge cake soaked with coffee and Irish whiskey. Tickets for the dinner are $50.

Fri, October 30
SxNW Pop Up
Its not in Texas and it's still fall, but chef Matt Broussard's second SxNW pop up at the Atrium Kitchen mixes his Texan origins with flavors from the Northwest. The four-course menu will include Latin-style dishes like house-made chorizo and seared crab with Cajun butter, all at a communal table. Tickets are $50.
