Meat Maitre D' Dinner at Stoneburner
Stoneburner is inviting a selection of charcuterie producers to the Ballard restaurant over the coming months as part of its Meat Maitre D’ series. It kicks off with Boccalone founders Chris Cosentino and Mark Pastore, who will promote their San Francisco–made products and give tips on meat curing. During the discussion, guests can sample cured meats through a variety of dishes like pizza, salads, and entrees. Reservations are advised.

May 7–17
Seattle Beer Week
The seventh annual celebration returns with 10 days of beer tastings, tap takeovers, beer dinners, dining discounts, and debuts of special brews. Over 20 bars and taphouses across the city are hosting events including Bell and WheteMalt and VineNaked City Taphouse, and Brouwer's Cafe. One special event to take note of is Saint John's chef Joe Randazzo's five-course dinner on May 11. He is collaborating with Calf and Kid owner Sheri LaVigne and a host of local breweries on a shared-plate dinner that includes rockfish ceviche and hard-cider-braised chicken. Seating is limited, so it’s best to book ahead
