The Pine Box: Chuckanut Brewers Night (April 10)
The powerhouse Bellingham brewery trots out the Baltic porter, dunkle lager, pilsner, and Vienna lager for a night at Capitol Hill's best mortuary-turned-beer-bar.

The Bait Shop: Georgetown Brewers Night (April 9)
Three of Georgetown's beers will be on tap and the kitchen is working the beer into a special one-night-only food menu--think fish and chips battered in Roger's Pilsner, or a beer cheddar soup made with Manny's and Tillamook cheddar with shishito peppers.

WINE

Bottlehouse: Pheasant's Tears Winery (April 9)
If you read the latest Saveur, the name Pheasant's Tears Winery should ring a bell. Now the owners of the Madrona wine bar and bottle shop has owner John Wurdeman in town to extoll the wonders of wines from the Republic of Georgia. Meanwhile, Georgian ensemble Zedashe will play. Urbane Market: Washington vs. Chile (April 10)
Three Chilean contenders. Three Washington challengers. Guests blind taste and pick a winner. The tasting runs from 6 to 9 and costs $12.

Total Wine and More Bellevue: Salute Italia! Wine Class (April 11)
This 6:30 tasting doubles as a lesson in Brunello, Barolo, and Amarone, as well as the whites of northern Italy. $25 per person.

SPIRITS

Backdoor at Roxy's: Wemyss Scotch Dinner (April 10)
A three-course dinner kicks off at 7 and comes complete with pairings via Jaqueline Sutherland of Wemyss Malts. The $50 evening starts withWemyss Smooth Gentleman and a terrine of smoked trout and salmon, moves on to Wemyss Spice King and honey-glazed five-spice chicken, then concludes with Wemyss Peat Chimney and lemon ice cream with smoked caramel sauce.
