Seattle exists in a glorious bubble where expectations are sky high for anything we consume via food trucks, coffee shops, and sporting venues. Now that the Seahawks' regular season has fired up at CenturyLink Field, stadium food company Levy Restaurants has rolled out some sportingly decadent menu items. Over this past year, the stadium has brought in some familiar Seattle names, like Trophy Cupcakes and Beecher's, and a rotating slate of monthly specials guarantees a new gonzo hot dog and grilled cheese creations each month, like a jerked chicken grilled cheese sandwich.
