The summer of Top Pot continues with the opening of a downtown store at Third and Columbia, news that has the office crowd predictably stoked.

Like the recently unveiled cafe at Ballard Blocks, and the forthcoming one in South Lake Union, the downtown address marks a new neighborhood for the local (soon-to-be national) doughnut empire.

No word on when the Pacific Building location will start scooping ice cream.
