As promised, Hot Cakes Molten Chocolate Cakery now offers alcoholic milkshakes and cocktails at a two-bar-stool “bar.” Anna Wallace of Walrus and the Carpenter cooks up the drink list.

Could artisan ice pops be the next it food trend? Vanessa Resler and Will Lemke, owners and sole proprietors of Six Strawberries hope so. KOMO 4 covered the couple’s inspired story a few weeks back, and now Resler and Lemke are out of the kitchen and hitting the bricks, peddling the summer pops.
