Menchie’s, the frozen yogurt multinational with the tootin’ cute mascot (see below), is due to open this summer at 4609 Village Court NE.

Menchie’s boasts a "rotating selection of eclectic frozen yogurt flavors and every topping under the sun." Like at the recently opened Yogurtland on Broadway, price is determined by weight, not number of toppings.

The crazy ambitious California company already claims outposts in Queen Anne, Federal Way, Lynnwood, and Vancouver, Washington, and is in the process of opening storefronts in practically every American state and country in the world.
