Booze events spill forth like so much…booze.

A week’s worth of booze to-dos awaits you.

On Tuesday, April 5, Seatown Rotisserie and Snackbar is hosting a cocktail class on vodka, in which it will showcase Ebb and Flow vodka from Sound Spirits in Interbay. That’s from 5:30 to 6:30 and costs $15.

Unfortunately, it’s already sold out. But no matter. You can still sign up for the April 26 class on bitters. Or the May 10 class on gin. And so on. TDR has the details.

LUPEC (Ladies United in the Preservation of Endangered Cocktails) holds its monthly meeting this Wednesday, April 6 at BOKA; the bar is offering free appetizers to attendees. Find out more here but know that the meeting is for women only, and don’t try pulling any of that Bosom Buddies stuff, men. Those two fools were totally unconvincing.

On Thursday, April 7, the Saint turns three and celebrates with a live mariachi band and all-night happy hour. It’s best to reserve a table ([email protected]), and be specific about the times between which you’d like to keep it. This thing gets crazy crowded, and my party got booted last year after about 45 minutes even though we reserved. Humbling.

And hear ye hopheads: On Friday, April 8 Cooper Alehouse will host its ninth annual IPA festival with plenty of samplers.

I’ve been thinking a lot about cask beer lately, because thinking about cask beers makes me very happy. All that thinking got me in the mood for this: The Washington Brewers Guild’s annual Cask Festival. It takes place on Saturday, April 9th at the Seattle Center’s Fisher Pavilion. Over 70 beers on cask will be offered. The cost is $35, $40 at the door and food is limited to dogs from Dante’s Inferno.

Seventy beers on casks and a menu limited to hot dogs, what could possibly go wrong? The Cask Festival is held over two sessions, buy tickets here. Oh and here’s a full list of beers that will be poured.

On the horizon for next week: Sexy Syrah at Salty’s —a benefit for Farestart—and Liberty’s fifth birthday. The former celebration takes place Tuesday, April 12, the latter Sunday, April 17.
