No time to pack a brown bag this morn, sleepyhead? No worries. Today Cassanda Seaman parks her Fusion on the Run in SoDo for the first time, and to mark the occasion she’s hawking tacos for $1 each.

Rounding out the temporarily limited menu is the “Grinder,” an ambitious sandwich stacked with pepperoni, ham, and melted Swiss, served warm and topped with grilled pineapple and a flavor-forward sauce. Seaman has been cutting her teeth in Fremont for some five weeks now; the sandwich is a hit there, so Seaman thought she’d Grind in SoDo, too.

The one-dollar tacos will continue October 21 as well, after which Seaman plans to bring in more offerings. Keep your fingers crossed for those Oreo truffles, SoDo.
