The drink of the week is, quite clearly, the bloody mary.

BOKA just sent me its recipe. It has cilantro, which I love. Apropos, if you have that thing where cilantro tastes like soap to you, could you email me? I want to ask you about it.

Also, please send me your own bloody mary-making tips.

Anyway, here it is:

BOKA Cilantro Bloody Mary

Serves 8-10

1 large can tomato juice
Juice from ½ lime
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp celery salt
½ Tbsp coarse ground pepper
1 tsp red pepper flake
2 dashes Tabasco

Combine all ingredients to create basic Bloody Mary mix.

For each individual cocktail, muddle fresh cilantro. Add Mary mix and serve over ice in a Collins glass. When entertaining Sconies, please serve alongside a juice glass-sized serving of PBR.
