You’ve just a few more days to experience flights of white wine blends paired with ceviche appetizers at 0/8 Seafood Grill and Twisted Cork Wine Bar in Bellevue.

That’s the March theme; every subsequent month will spotlight a different grape with a different edible complement. April is “Sweet and Spicy” month, with Rieslings and zesty snacks on the menu. May brings sparkling wines and tempura; and you can sun bathe on the patio in June with Rose and fresh halibut.

In July, it’ll be Chardonnay and whatever local harvest is freshest from the Bellevue Farmer’s Market. Enjoy “Summer Grilling” in August, with Syrahs and satays, then Washington reds with venison in September.

October it’s all about harvest fare served with Cabernet, and in November it’s Pinot Noir with wild boar. Finally, December ushers in the holidays with Champagne and oysters.

For regular tutorials from the resident sommelier, stop in any Wednesday at 5pm, when the experts will guide you through a two-hour tasting session in what has to be Bellevue’s most luscious room: 0/8’s Champagne Lounge.
