You know about all the notable restaurants that have recently opened in Bellevue. (Um…’cause we told you.)
But you may not know what’s still in store, so here’s the 4-1-1. Paddy Coyne’s, Chantanee Thai, Boom Noodle, and Blue C Sushi are all on deck for later this spring, the latter two for Bellevue Square.
Then in the fall we’ll see John Howie Steak (he’s the guy who has Seastar) and the Eastside outpost of Wild Ginger, both at The Bravern. Perhaps coolest, celebrated New York chef Terrance Brennan (a 1995 Food and Wine magazine Best New Chef) will bring his Artisanal brand (Wine Bar and Artisanal Table Pizzeria Tapas Wine Bar) to The Bravern as well: the first national expansion of that brand.
