Le Petit Cochon Hosts a Mighty Duck Dinner
It’s not an ode to the ’90s hockey flick, but actually the final offal dinner of 2015 for the French gastropub. Using duck from Puyallup’s Pleasant View Farm in this nose to tail—or bill to tail feather—dinner, chef Derek Ronspies will be serving an array of duck-centric dishes like crispy duck foot in a sesame oyster marinade, duck neck poutine, foie gras ice cream sandwich, and more. Tickets are $79.
