On May 15, the 25th annual Premier Chefs Dinner at SoDo Park by Herban Feast raised $1 million for Fred Hutch, which included a $350,000 challenge gift from the Burkitt’s Lymphoma Fund for Africa and an anonymous donor. A dozen headliner chefs led by the Premier Chefs Dinner Advisory Board served a sumptuous four-course dinner, and James Beard award winner Dan Barber entertained the guests with tales of his life as a successful chef, author, and restaurateur.
