The secret is out! On October 22, nearly 150 guests came together at the third annual Secret Supper. Sponsored by Campari, Delta, and Crispin Cider, the event celebrated Seattle Met’s 2015 restaurant of the year, Stateside. Revelers at two seatings enjoyed a multicourse, French-Vietnamese feast in the intimate and artfully crafted space. The evening’s menu consisted of American white sturgeon caviar, amberjack crudo, crispy duck fresh rolls, chili cumin pork ribs, crispy brussels sprouts, cha ca la vong, soy-glazed beef short ribs, creme fraiche cheesecake and cinnamon parfait, all paired with specialty cocktails, wine, and ciders. Ticket holders were the first in the city to find out the name of the winning restaurant, which was revealed on the morning of the event.
