Friends, supporters and alumni celebrated the 40th anniversary of the Northwest Boychoir in style at the Black Tie & Blue Jeans Gala on February 28. A capacity crowd danced the night away to the sounds of Vocalpoint! Seattle, the high school ensemble that is the Northwest Boychoir's big sibling. Both are directed by Joseph Crnko, who has been with the Boychoir for 30 years. Led by MC and alum, Jack Forman, with support from Delta Air Lines, the crowd raised the largest sum in the Boychoir's history for financial aid programs, so that every qualified youth will be able to take advantage of their premiere music education and performance programs.
